When will my order arrive?
All kits are made to order and ship within 4–6 weeks of your purchase date. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you need your kit by a specific date, reach out before ordering and we'll let you know if we can make it work!
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products included in our Rave Kits, we cannot accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out via the form below and we'll be happy to help!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the US only. International shipping is something we're working toward — sign up for our email list to be the first to know when it's available!
