Neon Abstracts Return & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality art and rave kits exactly as you ordered. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, we generally do not offer returns or refunds.

However, we understand that issues can arise. Here's what qualifies for a replacement:

• Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We'll promptly ship the missing item(s) free of charge.
• Manufacturing Defects: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos as proof. We'll resolve the issue with a replacement or repair.
• Did We Mess Up? While rare, mistakes can happen. If we send you an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll happily provide a replacement or arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense.
• Shipping Damage: Although we package carefully, damage can happen. Contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged during shipping. We may request photos and will work on a solution (replacement or repair) depending on the situation.

• Double-Check Your Order: We cannot accept returns for incorrect ordering. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
• Slight Variations are Expected: Our products may have slight variations in color or size due to the manufacturing process. These variations are considered inherent to the product and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Return Shipping Costs: Generally, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise (e.g., damaged item or our mistake).
