We're excited to get your rave kits to you! However, since all our kits are currently pre-orders, there will be a processing time before they ship. We partner with awesome small businesses to create these unique kits, and this extra time ensures the highest quality product.
Pre-Order Processing:
- 4-6 Week Lead Time: Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing your pre-order before it ships. We hustle to get them out ASAP, but creating these amazing kits takes extra love and care. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
- Order Tracking: Once your kit ships, you'll receive a separate email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you!
Shipping Costs & Methods:
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. These options and associated costs will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and chosen method.

- International Shipping: We do currently offer international shipping. Please see the available shipping options at checkout for details. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.
- Order Changes & Cancellations: Since our kits are pre-orders, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
